The movie revolves around a young man who travels cross-country to meet the woman of his dreams, a movie star from the 1980s, who is now a single mother in the midst of a custody battle.
Cattrall, who is best known for her role as Samantha Jones in Sex and the City, has appeared on Broadway in Wild Honey and frequently on the London stage. David's many stage credits include Jelly's Last Jam and The Winter's Tale. Dennehy has won Tony Awards for Death of a Salesman and Long Day's Journey Into Night; he is currently appearing in the Long Wharf's production of Eugene O'Neill's Hughie and will star in February in the Goodman Theatre's production of O'Neill's Desire Under the Elms.
