[Inside] the Ford Announces 2008-2009 Season

Moving Arts, Circle X Theatre Co. and The Ghost Road Company will present a season of new plays at [Inside] the Ford in 2008-2009.

Moving Arts will kick off the season with Song of Extinction (November 7-December 14), E.M. Lewis's ode to the science of life and loss, the relationships between fathers and sons, Cambodian fields, Bolivian rainforests, and redemption.

Circle X Theatre Co. will present Jim Leonard's Battle Hymn (January 17-February 21), about an American Mother Courage, her epic pregnancy, her past, her future - and her incredible search for the meaning of motherhood and love.

The season will conclude with The Ghost Road Company's Home Siege Home (March 26-May 3), a multi-media piece conceived and written by Katharine Noon and in part by The Oresteia, that explores the intimate lives of one powerful family bent on vengeance for past wrongs.
