(courtesy of Theatre Exile) | Theatre Exile has announced the production schedule and casting for its 2008-2009 season.
The season will open with dark play or stories for boys, November 13-December 7, Carlos Murillo's play about a web of deceit and fantasy that ensnares two teenaged boys, directed by Deborah Block. The cast will feature Robert DaPonte, Doug Greene, Katie Gould and Dave Johnson; and the design team will include Adam Riggar (set), Chris Colucci (sound), and Alison Roberts (costumes). Blackbird by David Harrower will follow with Joe Canuso at the helm. The cast will feature Pearce Bunting and Julianna Zinkel, with designs by Matt Saunders (set), Paul Moffitt (lights), and Chris Colucci (sound).
The season will close with David Mamet's American Buffalo, April 9-May 3, with direction by Matt Pfeiffer. The cast will star Joe Canuso and Pete Pryor, and the creative team will include Matt Saunders (set), Tom Weaver (lights), and Alison Roberts (costumes).
