(© Alastair Muir) | The New York Times has announced participants for its Fall 2008 season of "Times Talks."
Of particular note to theater fans, Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, who will be making his Broadway debut next month in Equus, will appear at TheTimesCenter, Tuesday, August 19 at 6:30pm; while film and stage star Ed Harris, last seen in Neil LaBute Wrecks at the Public Theater, will appear on Tuesday, September 9 at 8pm.
Other participants this fall include pianist Byron Wei-Xin Zhou, authors Maya Angelou, Nelson DeMille, Anne Rice, and John Updike; chef Nigella Lawson, scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr., television personality Barbara Walters, and Cherie Blair, wife of former British prime minister Tony Blair.
